Our longer appointment times allows us to better assess your injury and give you the necessary strategies to promote your physical wellbeing.  Our team are proficient in sports physiotherapy – however this is just one component of what we do.

We also excel in other areas including post-surgery, men’s health, workers compensation, right through to that niggling back pain after gardening.  We treat patients from toddlers through to the elderly and understand the physical demands at different stages of life. No matter what your injury or your age, you will always be provided with a professional approach and a high standard of care.

Enhance Physiotherapy Albury-Wodonga was founded by Nathan Sceriha and Matthew Lewington in 2016. Our young and motivated team are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that you are confident that your physical well-being is in safe hands.

Our previous experience in local physiotherapy settings will ensure that no matter which physiotherapist you see, you will be provided with the same high level of care.

APA PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

Nathan Sceriha

Nathan is currently undertaking post-graduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University in Melbourne. Nathan has worked in the private practice setting, as well as working at the private hospital and onsite occupational physiotherapy at Visy Board.

Nathan loves to treat sports injuries with a primary focus on injury prevention. Nathan’s special interest include; running re-training, vestibular rehabilitation and workplace ergonomics.

Nathan has completed further training in dry needling, sports and spinal rehabilitation and occupational physiotherapy.

Matthew Lewington

After completing his schooling in Wagga Wagga, Matt studied Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury. Matt moved back to Wagga Wagga permanently at the beginning of 2014 to join the Active Physiotherapy team.

Matt has a passion for all sports which drives his interest in sports related injuries and has had experience working with elite sports people through the AFL at both senior (GWS Giants & Indigenous All-Stars) and junior (Boomerangs & Giants Academy) levels.

Matt has professional interests in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, rehabilitation and Men’s health.

Jess Lewington

Jess Lewington grew up in Wagga with a passion for sports and helping others. Jess developed a passion to become a Sports Physiotherapist at an early age. Jess completed her physiotherapy degree through Charles Sturt University in 2013.

Jess has had experience working with NRL clubs, including North Queensland Cowboys, Brisbane Broncos and Parramatta Eels as well as working as a manager of 20 Physiotherapists and 2 Occupational Therapists in community Rehabilitation in Sydney.

Jess brings her sports physiotherapy skills to Enhance Physiotherapy Albury-Wodonga, as well as further skills in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates. Jess will be working between the Albury and Wagga clinic.

Martin Webster

Martin graduated from the University of South Australia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy.

Martin has worked in a variety of areas which include community health, teaching musculo-skeletal and cardiothoracic clubs and a keen interest in athletics/running coaching, with a focus on improving technique, promoting core stability and injury prevention.

Martin was involved at Ovens and Murray level with both the Wangaratta Rovers and Wangaratta Magpies Football and Netball Clubs for 8 years and has spent the last 3 years with the Wagga Tigers Football and Netball Club.

ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTION

Kayla Mouldt

Kayla has successfully completed her higher school certificate, graduating in September 2017 with a cert 2 in hospitality operations.

Kayla has many hobbies including photography, cooking, archery, and a love for dogs.

Kayla hopes to be one day an assistance dog instructor.

No you do not need a referral to attend a physiotherapy session.

If you have physiotherapy on your extras cover through private health, we will be able to claim instantly  through Hicaps.

Yes we will organise an X-ray, MRI, or ultrasound if required.
